DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery times
Finnails online store strives to send all orders for processing and delivery as quickly as possible. We usually deliver products within 1-3 business days after receiving the order and confirming payment. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately by email or phone.
Delivery areas
We currently only ship orders to Finland. If you would like to ship abroad, please contact our customer service before ordering.

Delivery methods
We use reliable partners, such as Posti and Matkahuolto, to deliver your orders. You can choose the delivery method that suits you best at checkout when placing your order.

Delivery tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email and a tracking code, if applicable, that you can use to track the progress of your shipment. You can use the tracking code to check the status of your order on the shipping company's website.
Delivery delays
Although we always strive to meet our stated delivery times, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date due to reasons attributable to third parties, such as shipping companies. Finnails is not responsible for delays due to, for example, congestion in transportation, strikes or other similar situations.
Returns
If the product you received is damaged during delivery or if your shipment is lost, please contact us as soon as possible by email at
The customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product. To exercise the right of cancellation, the decision must be notified by email. The returned product must be in its original condition and unopened. Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the order. The refund, including delivery costs (excluding any additional services), will be paid within 14 days of receiving the return. The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
