Instructions for use:

1. Apply Blooming Base gel over your chosen colored polish.

2. Draw on the nail surface with your desired gel polish shade. Allow the color to spread to create a unique design.

3. Cure in a lamp: UV lamp 3 min / LED lamp 30 sec.

4. Apply top coat and cure again in a UV/LED lamp.

Note: Suitable for use with UV and LED lamps.
