Instructions:

1. Apply Blooming Base Gel over the selected color nail polish.

2. Draw on the surface of the nail with the desired gel polish shade. Let the color spread to create a unique design.

3. Cure in lamp: UV lamp 3 min / LED lamp 30 sec.

4. Apply top coat and cure in UV/LED lamp again.

Note: Suitable for use with UV and LED lamps.
